License to MICRO GENERAL

Privacy

Because your privacy is important to us, MICRO GENERAL operates by these principles: The MICRO GENERAL web site ("Site") is maintained by MICRO GENERAL, 2510 N Red Hill Ave., Santa Ana, CA 92705-5542. We can be reached by e-mail at  webmaster@microgeneral.com.

We explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you (" Personal Information"). For example, MICRO GENERAL asks you for your name and e-mail address if you wish enroll for Premier Services, and we also may request that you provide Personal Information to order our products and services. We use your Personal Information to operate MICRO GENERAL, and we may occasionally inform you of new features, services, and products from MICRO GENERAL.

We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable the Site to relate your use of the Site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided to the Site.

If at any time you believe a Site has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email to Webmaster and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly determine and correct the problem.

Using the MICRO GENERAL Logo

MICRO GENERAL does not permit the use of its name in advertising, as an endorsement for any product or service, or for any other commercial purpose. Reproduction of any information contained herein may be made without limitation as to number provided that it is not distributed for the purpose of private gain and is appropriately credited to MICRO GENERAL or its respective publications. Graphics, logos and content created by MICRO GENERAL are the property of MICRO GENERAL and may not be used without permission.

• Except as MICRO GENERAL may authorize elsewhere, non-MICRO GENERAL web sites may use only the logo provided below ("Logo"). By downloading the Logo, you agree to be bound by these Policies
